Description: About ten years ago the plot of the old primary school De Wegwijzer in Dinxperlo was released and therefore available again for the municipality of Aalten. In the center vision Dinxperlo from 2020, the redevelopment of this location has been included. The vision describes a target image for the intended housing and infrastructure. Office Stegenga has drawn up a development framework based on this vision. The college of mayor and aldermen of the municipality of Aalten has decided to unsubscribe a development competition for phase 1 of this framework on the basis of this, which must lead to the sale of the location (excluding public space) and realization of homes and public space.
