Description:
The municipality of Enschede wants to contract one designer/architect who, in phases and in consultation with the municipality, future users and other stakeholders, will draw up an integral design for the conversion/renovation of the monumental building on the corner of the Korte Hengelosestraat and Brammelerstraat, the former V&D building. The Library, Concordia (Film Theatre, Podium for visual arts & Enabler) and Theater Sonnevanck have jointly expressed a clear ambition to expand all their activities and to centrally house a supporting catering function in Het Warenhuis.
