Description:
As part of the housing plans for the East Brabant Police Unit and several other police units, housing was chosen at the Land Forum location in Eindhoven on the A2.
This assignment includes design and consultancy work for the new construction in a campus concept including variousere office buildings, parking spaces, possibly also educational buildings and part of the outdoor space, central utilities and parking facilities, possibly to be designed as a parking deck. The whole has an initial size of approximately 23,000 m2 GFA to possibly 50,000 m2 GLA in the final situation.The framework for the design is a Master Plan drawn up by the police by PosadMaxwan. The intention is to give the architect of the master plan a testing responsibility.
The urban development task, integral coordination of buildings and outdoor spaces and supervision for developmentng and development of the entire site with collective infrastructure lies with Posad Maxwan.
Requested consultancy services
The assignment will be requested as one lot, with the Police requesting an integral design team in which the following disciplines are represented, among others:
1.Integral odesign and cost coordination
2.Architecture and construction design, architecture and including interior and the outdoor space associated with the building
3.Building physics, welfare and sustainability advice
4.Building physics and sustainability advice
