As part of the housing plans for the East Brabant Police Unit and several other police units, housing has been chosen at the Land Forum location in Eindhoven on the A2.
This assignment includes design and consultancy work for the new construction of a cell complexx, of approximately 2600 m2 gross floor area. The framework for the design is a Master Plan drawn up by the police. The intention is to give the architect of the master plan a testing responsibility.
The urban development task, integral coordination of buildings and outdoor spaces and supervision for developmentThe design and development of the entire site with collective infrastructure lies with Posad Maxwan.
Requested consultancy services
The assignment will be requested as one lot, with the Police requesting an integral design team in which the following disciplines are represented, among others:
Integraldesign and cost coordination
Architecture and structural design, architecture and including interior and the outdoor space associated with the building
