An important starting point is that the houses are offered heat and cold from a collective system. There is therefore a new power plant designed for this neighborhood. This power plant generates centrally heat and cold with a WKO, heat pumps, electric boilers and a hot water buffer. Through the distribution network (Vierpijpen distribution system; Warm A + R and Cold A + R) which is placed on the market with this tender, the heat and cold to the houses are distributed.
