- With this public European tender, AEB aims to conclude an agreement with one party for the design, production and installation of AEC Air Preheaters. The dismantling of the current AEC air preheaters is also part of the scope.
AEB has decided toreplace heaters of the four AEC combustion lines. Due to the technical condition and age, it is necessary to replace the air preheaters before 2026. The aim of the contracting authority is to conclude an agreement with the Tenderer that makes the best thermal design forthe most favorable price.
The contractor must make a thermal design that meets the minimum requirements as stated in the specifications.
