Description:
Description: Purpose of the contracting authority wishes to contract a contractor for designing and realizing a green gas installation that converts the biogas of the contracting authority into green gas with and delivers it to the local network operator (Enexis). The installation must have a capacity with which at least 4,100,000 Nm3 biogas per year can be upgraded to green gas and is delivered to the intake point of the network operator. The quality of the green gas must meet the requirements that the network operator sets for this. Nader description of the assignment design and the realization for the green gas installation must be based on membrane technology. In addition to the assignment for the design and realization of the green gas installation, the following options may be part of the assignment: Flowing and storing CO2 from the green gas installation. An enlargement (upscaling) of the capacity. The contracting authority thinks it can grow to a production level of 6.5 million NM3 Biogas per year.
