Description:
Current situation: in community center De Pinnenhof, around 20 associations and users with a social profile will find a home for their activities. In an exploration of the future of the Pinnenhof, the contracting authority has built up a constructive working relationship with the users since 2019, together with Stichting De Pinnenhof. Working with associations has been working on a cooperation concept and a redevelopment at the existing location. At the end of 2022, this resulted in a framework -setting decision of the city council on the De Pinnenhof community center. Since December 2022, the contracting authority has started working on optimizing the design and the further interpretation of the exploitation. With input from current users, new users and the exploitation foundation, spatial optimization has taken place of the design in which even more cross -pollination and multifunctionality can be realized.
