Description:
The municipality of Zaanstad wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of traffic signs, for the next two years with twice an extension option of one year. October 1, 2025 is the intended effective date of the agreement. After the end of the framework agreement, the provisions remain of this framework agreement in force, insofar as this is necessary for the settlement of current obligations. It is estimated that the financial size of the assignment will be around € 200,000 per year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is: € 1,200,000 excluding VAT.
