- Windesheim currently has an agreement with one contractor (Engie Energie Nederland NV). The current agreement ends on 31-12-2025 and must therefore be tendered again.
The assignment concerns the delivery of sustainable electricity (two connections) and compensated gas (twoConnections) of Windesheim in accordance with the Program of Requirements. The administration of the consumption and costs is clearly made transparent and flexibility is offered in the agreement.
The following locations with associated connections are part of theAssignment:
Campus 2 to 6 in Zwolle
Praubstraat 16-18 in Zwolle
The size of the delivery of the assignment is estimated at:
Sustainable electricity: 4,795 MWh/year
Cy-compensated Gas: 470,000 m³/year
Windesheim is supported by this tender by considerable tendering.
Made in plots. Recent tenders show that the separation of natural gas and electricity ensures that the competition is reduced by fewer participants. There is little to no interest for a separate plot for delivering gas alone. For the GVOs (guaranteesOriginally), no separate plot is set up. The transaction costs for Windesheim and potential tenderers are as disproportionate to the financial size of an assignment for only the delivery of GVOs.
