Description:
The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to register for the tender for the supply of small sports and game items. The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for 4 years with one Supplier for the supply of Small Sports and Game Items forv. sports locations of CLAS, CLSK, CZSK and KMAR. The items must be delivered to approximately 60 locations in the Netherlands and occasionally Germany. The requests will be made via SAP ARIBA, using a punch-out system with an online store system of the Contractor. The procedure used is the public procedure from the Public Procurement Act 2012 (AW). The procedure is completely electronic via the online tendering platform Mercell Source-to-Contract (Mercell). You can read more information about using Mercell here. The Contracting Authority orgorganizes an intelligence meeting. During this meeting, an explanation of the assignment and the tender procedure will be provided. The date is in the schedule included in Mercell. You can find more information in question 1.1.8.
