Description: The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) is moving. The current location in Bilthoven will be exchanged for a new building on the Uithof in Utrecht. Unfortunately, the time of the delivery of the new construction is uncertain. In principle, the delivery of the new building around 2019-2020 would take place with a possible relocation in 2021. Among other things, the aforementioned causes mentioned in mid-September 2022 that the new building was not before 31 December 2024/2025 will be delivered. This means that departments must continue to perform their (laboratory) work for longer than planned at the location in Bilthoven. Because that earlier schedules spoke of a move to the new building between 2019 to 2021, it was then estimated that until then employees who use the Radionuclide Laboratories, their work at the location in Bilthoven could continue to perform safely without the business continuity being endangered.
