Description:
Description: The purpose of the tender is to enter into an agreement with 1 contractor for ' 'delivery, implementation and management financial system' '. The scope includes a financial administration module incl. Liability administration, a Contract Management module and a module for a project and time administration. The agreement will take effect on 1 June 2022 and has a duration of 4 years and 7 months. The initial duration is the result of the fact that the implementation phase starts on 1 June 2022 and must be completed with a live gang as of January 1, 2023. The initial term therefore ends on 31 December 2026. The municipality is authorized the agreement 4 times with a period of 1 year to extend the constituent conditions and conditions. The maximum duration including all options for extension amounts to 8 years from the Lived Date from 1 January 2023. The extent of the contract has been translated into numbers (licenses / users) and sub-components recorded on Annex 3 prize leaves. Tenderers can therefore form an image of the assignment. No rights can be derived from this.
