- This tender aims to provide continuity to the current situation with regard to the Section Control Systems. The primary goal is the replacement of 23 section control systems on the main road network. The secondary goals are the replacement of the Trajectory control systems on the lower liimproving road network and the installation of new section control systems at new locations. The latter can be on both road networks if the situation requires it, for example due to new developments in the nitrogen dossier or in light of the intensification of traffic enforcement.dt to enter into a Framework Agreement with the four (4) Tenderers who have submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (EMVI) for the Assignment. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender is determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.
