Description: Selecting one supplier per plot for replacing camera observation systems for approximately 63 office / swirl locations (divides over 2 plots) The Security & Safety Department is responsible for 900 cameras of 33 different camera observation systems at around 63 office / sweater locations. This includes 33 locations with an increased risk profile and / or locations where most civil servants work. The Security and Safety Department has replaced the camera observation systems from 15 locations, which corresponds to around 250 cameras. These cameras must be managed. The other locations must be determined whether the cameras and recorders must be replaced.
Given the organizational split within the facility company and risk spread, it has been decided to distribute the 63 office / site locations over 2 plots.
