There is currently a wide variety of audiovisual means within the contracting authority. This includes television screens in various sizes and from different brands, interactive displays, touch screens, beamers in combination with fixed or rollable projection screens, And mobile setups. A mobile discussion system is also used at various locations.
In practice, this variation leads to a number of bottlenecks:
• User -friendliness: The user experience differs per location, so that employees are reluctant to use the Advanced functionalities of the available equipment.
• Management and maintenance: Management is complex and labor -intensive because of the wide range of brands and types, which requires various technical knowledge and support.
