Description:
The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of the following products and services:
• Supplying ICT hardware of an A-brand
• Supplying service contracts
• Providing associated services IT hardware is becoming farstand: Supplying servers, storage and network equipment. This includes rack servers, firewalls, disks, storage and backup components, switches, WiFi access points and routers.
An A-brand is defined as: A leading brand with high brand awareness, high quality and goodreputation in the European business market.
Delivering service contracts means:
Delivering service contracts for the purpose of handling claims under the warranty;
Providing service contracts for the purpose of handling claims outside the warranty.
The provision of associated services includes the following: The installation, replacement, removal and physical installation of servers, storage and network equipment; Advice regarding the purchase and design of hardware, software and service contracts;
Make available fromn test versions of equipment.
