Description: This tender concerns the European public proceedings for the delivery and placement of play facilities for the following organizations below: the municipalities of Bunschoten Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Hattem, Heerde, Nijkerk, Nunspeet, Oldebroek, Putten , Zeewolde; Municipality of Oldebroek acts on behalf of the participating municipalities as the Secretariat of this tender. After this also referred to ' contracting authority ' or ' client ' '. The aim of the tendering contracting authority wishes to take out a framework agreement by parcel with 3 attendants for play facilities, as described under questionnaire 1.1 of this document. The framework agreement has an initial duration of 2 years, with an option to unilateral extension by the contracting authority of 2 times 1 year. Contracting service expects to enter the new framework agreement on 10 January 2022. The assignment is awarded to the tenderer that the Economically most advantageous registration based on the best quality / price ratio has issued.
