Description: SURF needs a partner for the Surffirewall service that provides:
• The purchase and delivery of firewall hardware and software components.
• the (basic) configuration of the supplied software and hardware components.
• The purchase and delivery of associated supplies such as licenses such that the whole forms a functioning solution in accordance with asked requirements.
• Contribute to the further development of physical firewall equipment to virtual firewalls.
• The operational management of the software and hardware components in conjunction with the Surffirewall service.
• Second and third line support. Primary support is carried out by the SURF NOC / Helpdesk. This includes the adoption of incident reports and triage.
• Managing the current installed base consisting of Fortinet components. (See Program of Requirements E.1.4)
• Taking care of instructions and training for administrators of institutions and SURF. †
