- The aim is to reach an agreement for the supply and maintenance of two ICP-MS systems and one IC/HPLC-ICP-MS system. One IC/HPLC-ICP-MS system will be delivered in the first year (2026). In the following years (starting point is 1 device per year) two ICP-MS systems are supplied. Delivery includes installation, commissioning, validation and an associated manufacturer's warranty. After delivery, a maintenance agreement is concluded with the same supplier for the remaining life of the vehicle equipment. By outsourcing both delivery and maintenance to one party, we strive for optimal continuity, technical compatibility and an efficient service organization during the entire useful life of the systems. Next services/items are part of this tender: • Agreement (delivery): delivery of two ICP-MS systems and one IC/HPLC-ICP-MS system including installation, training and manufacturer's warranty. • Maintenance agreement: maintenance contract that takes effect upon delivery and runs for the remaining life of the equipment.
