- With this tender, the contracting authority aims to contract multiple suppliers for concluding the present framework agreement for supplying and maintaining rotating equipment, technical components and fittings, including the delivery of parts thereof (hereinafter: product Or products), for all (decentralized) locations of the contracting authority. The starting point is that the contracting authority places and maintains the products itself. At the request of the contracting authority, the contractor may be asked to place, inspect or repair the product.
Overhaul And maintenance work will only be placed with the contractor or third parties after consultation and coordination and approval by the contracting authority. All this depending on, among other things, warranty, factory (supplier) requirements or expertise.
The contracting authority offers the Entering the framework agreement is not complete exclusivity, but reserves the right to in certain cases to dedicate an assignment for the revision and maintenance work to a party other than the framework contractor.
