Description:
Municipality of Baarn wants to lease 4 new light commercial vehicles, including the care of repair and maintenance at the start of the assignment. The municipality of Baarn also wants to keep the option open to expand the fleet in the coming years with light commercial vehicles (another 2 vehicles) under the conditions that the vehicles deliver the desired performance for execution of the work. These options are without a purchase obligation and there is therefore a possibility that none of the options will be lifted. The vehicles are used for the management of the public area, such as landscaping, tree maintenance, cemetery management, sewer maintenance, cleaning work and various activities by subject specialists. The current fleet is partly outdated and in need of replacement within now or a few years. The municipality has also set the goal of working from now on to a fleet that (largely) consists of emission -free vehicles.
