- The caravans are rented out under rental agreements. The maintenance and management of these caravans is entrusted to an external contractor. Due to the expiry of the technical and economic lifespan of two rented caravans, they are now being replaced.
The municipalityBergen op Zoom has 8 locations with pitches for caravans. There are a total of 96 sites, of which 28 are owned by residents and 8 sites (along the Line) are owned by a third party. The two caravans to be replaced are located at the Eikenlaan location in Halsteren. The meante is the owner of the relevant pitches.
New situation
Two caravans, intended for continued rental, must be delivered for two pitches at the Eikenlaan caravan location in Halsteren. With one caravan, the physical limitations of a residential area must be taken into accountner (wheelchair accessibility).
