Description: Introduction work store Rivierenland guides people in finding work and offers income support. We also help employers including entrepreneurship. Werkzaak works for 8 municipalities in the Rivierenland region and was founded in 2015. We carry out the Participation Act and Social Work Provision. We work together with employers, UWV, education, social institutions and municipalities. The aim of tendering the purpose of this tender is to choose one contractor where the end result is an implemented, working system with which trained employees can work according to the implemented best practice processes. This for the domains: 1. ERP (production process); 2. WMS (Warehouse Management System); 4. Relationship management. There must also be a support and maintenance contract (including concrete SLA) and aftercare must be delivered after in production name. We are currently using the customized ERP system from Thinkwise for a large part of the aforementioned functionalities, which does not sufficiently support the processes.
