Description:
The object of the tender consists of the working delivery and subsequent provision, including maintenance and support, of a Personnel Information System e-HRM and an application for Recruitment and Selection (ATS) which must be linked/integrated to the e-HRM system. AssignmentThe client wants to contract a contractor who makes all functionalities available as a SaaS solution and carries out this assignment for the client. The estimated value for the implementation costs is € 225,000. The estimated value for the annual license costs (Software, inclsief API and further training) is € 125,000 based on 1,772 salaries per month. The estimated values for the implementation costs and the annual license costs apply to the municipality of Nissewaard and the municipality of Goeree-Overflakkee. The total estimated value of the contract is € 1,650,000,--, based on a contract duration of 8 years and one-off implementation costs
