Description:
The contracting authority is planning to enter into an agreement with 1 contractor to deliver software for the preparation of environmental documents and software applicable rules for the implementation of the Environment Act. The assignment is divided into separate sub -assignments that are considered one assignment: delivering planning software as referred to under the Environment Act (planning software for developing and maintaining the environmental vision, environmental plans that meet legally set requirements); Delivering software for the preparation of applicable rules (applicable rules for software for developing and maintaining applicable rules with which legal texts can be converted into a question of questioning for citizens for the benefit of determining whether a permit is required in accordance with the Environment Act); Delivering the necessary maintenance, management, support incl. The periodic updates and upgrades for both software applications;
