Description:
The order concerns the supply of decolourisation resin for use in Vitens' drinking water production at the Spannenburg and Sint Jansklooster production locations. The decolourisation resin is used for the removal of color and organic substances water and comes into direct contact with drinking water. Vitens currently uses decolorization resin type A860S. This product serves as a reference product. It is permitted to offer an alternative product, provided it is demonstrably equivalent and meets the requirements requirements. If an alternative product is offered, carrying out a leaching test and/or Proof of Concept (practical test) may be part of the assignment to determine whether the product meets the requirements. For the rest it will be referred to the tender documentation.
