• Description:
• We are looking for one (1) supplier who can provide us with the following items from September 1, 2026 (expected contract start date): The assignment concerns services surrounding the technical infrastructure of the data warehouse and additional services. The following activities are part of the assignment: Setting up an application landing zone within the BVO tenant, consisting of development, acceptance and production environment (including code repositories and CI/CD release mechanisms) with: The cloud data warehouse must meet security requirements that are at least in line with the applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR) and relevant security standards, appropriate for the critical risk classification (data impact weighting = very high/critical x service criticality = high). Performance is adequate to such an extent that the design and available resources in the landing zone do not have a noticeable negative impact on performance. ETL processes and reports have been completed within acceptable waiting time. This application landing zone must be maximally transferable after expiration or termination of the contract (no lock-in with the IT partner) to another IT partner and will run on the BVO NL environment itself. This requires requirements documentation, infrastructure as a code and clear exit strategy. Adequate technical management of the application landing zone within the BVO tenant and associated resources by the supplier. The functional management (consisting of managing data pipelines, ETL, databases and reports) are carried out by BVO NL itself. Other management is placed within the scope of the assignment, including the DevOps environment including the deployment pipelines. Further development: in a partnership (proactively) advising on future expansions/changes and subsequently implementing them on a project basis for innovations, new needs and growth.
