Description:
The Assignment involves conducting studies in accordance with the Model Data Protection Impact Assessment for the Government Service (PIA), possibly supplemented with specific points for attention indicated by the Client. The DPIAs relate to the platform of the Software and Cloud Services to be examined en do not concern specific data processing and business processes. AI (Artificial intelligence) is also used within this service. This is an important part of the DPIA. It is expected that 3 DPIAs will have to be carried out per year, 3 technical Verification Investigationsand and 1 Related research such as an IAMA on Microsoft, Google or AWS products and services. The exact distribution per Hyperscaler is not yet known. The need for DPIAs on products and services of software manufacturers other than those referred to in the previous paragraphs is estimated at one DPIA per jaar.
