The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (IenW) published a pre-announcement on May 4, 2022 with the aim of involving companies, governments and knowledge institutions in a process, the result of which should be an adapted investment proposal for the National Growth Fund. since thatSeveral meetings and discussions have taken place over time.
