Description: The main assignment concerns the supply of data lines to traffic assets, such as VRIs, light towers and cameras (as included in the list in Appendix 1a). The data connections concern the ADSL connections and fiber optic connections from the router in Huis ter Heide up to and including the router in the street cabinet with fast dissolution times in the event of incidents. In addition, this also concerns the data connections with the regional partners municipality of Utrecht and the municipality of Amersfoort.
The following elements are explicitly outside the scope of the assignment:
a) maintenance on its own connections from the province of Utrecht;
b) connections with provincial artworks (bridges).
