- The dynamic purchasing system relates to various advisory and supporting activities aimed at improving road safety in the province of South Holland by influencing behavior. A distinction is made between 4 categories: 1. Implementation of projects and programs aimed at promoting road safe behavior. This concerns requests for the implementation work to support the project leaders of the ROV South Holland. For example the recruitment and guidance of participants in the SCHOOL Bringing Week or support for the TotallyTraffic program. 2. Consultancy work as part of projects and programs aimed at promoting road safe behavior. This concerns questions for the consultancy work to support the project leaders of ROV Zuid-Holland in current projects and programs. For example, driving project implementation by partners, such as for the Doortrappen program or the activities of the label advisors SCHOOL on SEEF. 3. Implementation of vocational training and professional knowledge of road safety. This concerns, for example, the training sessions at ROCs and teacher training colleges as part or addition to the curriculum of existing courses and the training for pharmacy assistants. 4.
