- The UU has 22 gas detection and 303 gas distribution systems in the East and West maintenance regions of the Utrecht Science Park (USP). We want to outsource the daily maintenance for these systems. The purpose of daily maintenance is to... lifespan of the installations to ensure that they function as optimally as possible. The lifespan of the systems varies. During this period, the contractor must carry out maintenance, clean the installations and check their actual condition inventorize. The assignment: what do we expect from you? • Preventive maintenance of the gas detection systems, gas distribution systems and associated Appendages, including legally required inspections and inspections; • Additional preventive maintenance on the gas detection systems, gas distribution systems and associated Appendages; • Corrective maintenance of the gas detection systems, gas distribution systems and associated Appendages; You can submit your registration until April 24, 2026 at 12:00 noon via Mercell. If you submit your registration later or in a different way, we are obliged to discard your registration. Your registration will then not be assessed and you will no longer participate in this tender.
