- Description: The assignment (assignment for performance providers) consists of specific assignments for performance providers; Providers who can fill in a crucial piece of the healthcare landscape, but work from a narrower scope than the system providers. This is forensic care. The tender was previously published for the treatment with residence (B), long -term residence (C) and ambulant (e). This tender focuses on forensic day treatment (D), hereinafter day treatment. A performance provider that registers on assignment D for forensic help must be able to serve all domains (JMB, J&O and GGZ). For the sake of completeness, we will inform you here that the performance offer for forensic care Assignment B, C and E has already been contracted. For the deployment of forensic youth assistance, a decision must be made through the municipality by the (youth) probation service or it must be in the judgment of the judge. There are 3 forms of forensic help: Clinical care: Guidance is via the Rerambulante Care: Guidance is done through the Forensic Table -Protection/ Supervised Living with guidance and support: Guidance is via the RER.
