• Purpose of the tender The aim of this public European tender is to conclude one RAW framework agreement with one Tenderer per plot to meet the need for the implementation of mowing maintenance in the area of Tubbergen-Dinkelland (7-L1), Denekamp-Weerselo-Rossum-Beuningen (7-L2) and De Lutte-Losser-Glanerbrug (7-L4). We need it if drinking water, for arable farming, livestock farming and industry. In the Netherlands there is usually enough water, but it is often unevenly distributed and polluted. That is why water management is necessary. Where there is too much water, the water boards drain it. Where there is too little, feed they handle it. They regulate the discharge of polluted water with permits. They purify the sewage water and maintain the flood defenses.
