Description:
The CIBG's Customer Contact Center (KCC) wants to replace the current Customer Service Platform (CSP) with a new, reliable and future-oriented solution that also supports case management and works based on customer images. The current platform is sufficient no longer meets the requirements of the organization, both in terms of technology and functionality. It is not flexible enough and not scalable enough to support the growth of the KCC and the further improvement of services.
