Description: The assignment that is put out to tender relates to the delivery, implementation and maintenance of software and hardware (columns) for a new customer guide and appointment system. The municipality of Apeldoorn is looking for a future -proof solution, which means that the system can be flexibly designed and responds to future developments. The municipality of Apeldoorn wants to be service -oriented and accessible to residents and companies. The new solution must contribute to this. The solution to be purchased for the customer guide and appointment system consists of at least the following elements: a front and back office solution for customer guidance and making and managing agreements by residents, entrepreneurs and employee online portal for the Creating and managing appointment ticket columns for registering on location calling system for conducting the right desk or consultation room assignment is awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio (BPKV).
