ROC van Twente uses corporate identity printing a lot. By expiring the current contract, ROC van Twente is forced to conclude a new contract for the delivery of house style printing. Because ROC van Twente falls under a government institution, they are obliged to tender legislation to follow. Which means that this assignment must be put out to the European tender.
ROC van Twente uses many different types of house style printing for both students and employees. This includes key paper, envelopes diplomas, posters, flyers, etc. At the moment 3 parties have been contracted for supplying house style printing. Of which 1 carries out the office printed matter and 2 parties perform the promotional printed matter.
Lot 1: office printed matter
Plot 1: office printed matter: Test Paper, En atloves key, MBO statement with value feature, bathing card, practical agreement, memo block, envelopes, quotation folders. Diploma, results list and certificates are printed on security and equipped with value features. Certificate is printed on security paper without value characteristics.
Plot 2: Promotional printed matter
Posters, flyers, (training) brochures, business cards and invitations.
