Purpose
The aim of this tender is to reach a framework agreementwith one (1) party for up to four (4) years. An initial term of two (2) years is entered into from the effective date of May 1, 2023 with two optional one (1) year extensions.
The contracting authority awards the contract to the tenderer with the Most Economically Advantageous Insdescription (MEAT), award criterion lowest price. The total sum of the price sheet serves as the final score for the lowest price award criterion.
