- Order the delivery of copy and printing paper and printed stationery and printed envelopes to various locations of the municipality of Breda. Outside the scope of the tender * house style printing; * Agendas and calendars. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with one (1) party for a maximum of four (4) years. An initial term of two (2) years will be entered into from the starting date of 1 May 2023 with twice an optional extension of one (1) year. The contracting authority gives the tenderer the tenderer with the most economically advantageous registration (EMVI), award criterion on lowest price. The total sum of the price sheet is a final score for the award criterion lowest price.
