In view of the estimate of the assignment, the European threshold value (of € 5,382,000,) is not exceeded, Saxion does not have to ignore the assignment European according to the Procurement Act 2012. Saxion opts for a national tender according to the procurement regulations Working 2016 (ARW 2016).
