Description:
The purpose of the tender is to conclude an Agreement with the Contractor for the realization of replacement new construction and renovation of a monumental museum in Utrecht. The assignment includes: Making the entire complex more sustainable; Demolition of existing extension to the facade (stairwell and elevator) and realization new entrance on Lange Nieuwstraat; The demolition of the existing corridor/walkway on the 1st floor on the north side in the Pandhof; The realization of the northern gallery on the ground floor in the Pandhof; Making openings in the west and east facades of the Pandhof; Renovation / reorganization Road builder's house; Demolition and replacement new-build conservatory auditorium; Demolition and replacement new construction / redesign of exhibition building / Canal House; Realization/redesign of downstairs foyer with skylight; Construction of a stairwell with elevator and toilet group on the ground floor and first floor courtyard between Kloostergebouw and Zuilenstraat; Permanent establishment
