Description:
The purpose of the tender is to select a Contractor/Main Contractor via a 2-Phase approach, see the explanation below, the contractor must contribute his expertise through advice on various themes during the TO phase. The elaboration of the TO (drawings and specifications) is: the responsibility of the design team (architect, RET design leader, advisors). The Main Contractor is responsible for drawing up the UO and ultimately realizing it. Afterwards, if the Parties agree on the realization phase, the TO phase will proceed to the realization of the new one workshop and offices, as further described in paragraph 1.3, in accordance with the requirements, wishes and specifications of RET.
