- The projects that fall under this purchasing strategy are: Makerskade on Strandeiland in IJburg, the keyboard road in Noord and the Meerkerkdreef in Zuidoost. All three of these projects concern the new construction of a site location based on a specifications drawn up by the design team. The three projects are somewhat the same within the Two program and have a similar program, which makes bundling the programs in 1 tendering. For the design of the three projects (Makerskade, Meerkerkdreef and Keybordweg), a common design team has been contracted what the designs for all three locations will partly design parallel to each other. In order to inform market parties in time about this assignment, to obtain information to further improve the above -mentioned method of purchasing and to be able to prepare a request for implementation, we organize a written market consultation. We are happy to ask you a number of questions (see document in the appendix) and we greatly appreciate it if you want to answer this in writing by 18 August 2025.
