Description:
The existing town hall Geleen will be thoroughly renovated into new -build quality. For this, the existing town hall is circularly dismantled to the concrete main support structure. The facades are for the most part replaced or thoroughly renovated. The total built -in package of both thePublic part if the working environment is also being replaced. The complete installations are replaced by sustainable installations with the ambition of Eng. The current GFA is 5,086 m2. In the meantime, the integral design team has been selected and the design phase has started. There is a traditionalDesign process, where the design is further elaborated in a partnership after completion of the VOFASE. As a construction technical adviser, the contractor is then added to the Integral Design Team and, as a first and only party, the right is a definitive quotation for therealization of the work.
