Description:
The overall objective of this project is for the selected firm to assess the maritime law enforcement capacity and capability of Caribbean States, identify gaps and vulnerabilities, and provide a path towards improvement. To achieve this, INTERPOL seeks a firm to design and deliver a program that willevaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each State's maritime law enforcement process, transfer new knowledge and skills, and help them improve their capacity and capability.
