Description : As part of an extensive transformation process, which is currently realized at TenneT, TenneT is following an approach of restructuring supply chain management activities for important TenneT business units and product categories. In the course of this process TenneT initiated a program called "integrated Supply Chain Management @ TenneT" by beginning of the year 2020. The focus of this project was put on the business units Large-Projects Onshore (Germany) and Grid Field Operations (Germany).Due to success of this performed project it was decided to expand the scope on the business units Large-Projects Offshore, Large Projects DC as well as further well-defined units with their key procurement categories ("iSCM@TenneT+"). However, this project extension was not envisaged within the initial scope of the iSCM@TenneT program.
