- The aim of this public European tender is to conclude a Construction Team Agreement in order to arrive at a TO within a construction team that meets the requirements and wishes of the Client as formulated in the Descriptive Document including appendices, including the Program of Requirements andthe Architectural VO. The Contractor with whom the Construction Team Agreement is entered into has, after approval of the TO by the Client, the right to be the first to make a Price Offer for the realization of the approved TO, which upon acceptance will result in a Construction Agreement betweenand Client and Contractor. In this tender, the Offer Price has been set by the Client at €15,000,000, of which €400,000 has been reserved for the design phase and €14,600,000 for the realization phase.
