- Renovating the SL2 building. We want to tender the renovation of SL2 through a construction team. 1. Construction team phase In April 2024 we contracted an integral design team (IoT). Up to and including December 2024, this IoT has developed a final design plus or concept technical design - cutlery ("do plus/concept to") for the renovation of SL2. This do plus/concept to has recently been recovered. In the construction team phase, the DO plus/concept to the starting product for the contractor (the winner of this tender) is to work out the do plus/concept to a (definitive) technical design - cutlery (to) together with the IoT contracted by us. 2. Implementation phase In the implementation phase, the contractor will take care of the renovation of SL2 including all preparatory work.
