• Description:
• The Client is looking for Contractors who are able to further develop the Preliminary Design of the Integrated Child Center on the basis of a construction team assignment. The work related to further co-design and realization of these facilities of the 'New Construction Integrated Child Center in Nederwoud' will include:  Construction work on the integrated child center (plot 1);  Electrical work on integrated child center (plot 2);  Mechanical engineer work on integrated child center (plot 2). The contracting authority has chosen to divide the tender from executing parties into two lots as follows:  Lot 1 Construction contractor (including site preparation and demolition);  Lot 2 - Designing mechanical and electrical installer.
